Leah has worked for over two decades in workforce development, leadership development and entrepreneurship training. Specifically, she spent three years developing, launching and delivering business trainings to family child care business owners, inlcuding the Family Child Care Fundamentals workshop series, which reached over 400 entrepreneurs. Leah advises on business planning, developing your unique services and business, client management and financial planning.
Roberta Gonzalez
Family Childcare Business Coach
Roberta Gonzalez has worked for more than a decade in family child care, from subsidy enrollments, quality counts programing, to supporting hundreds of child care providers in launching and strengthening their businesses. She has deep knowledge of what it takes to run a child care business growing up in her mother's family child care program. Specifically, she spent three years developing, launching and delivering business trainings to family child care business owners, inlcuding the Family Child Care Fundamentals workshop series. She is adept at taking complicated business concepts and competencies and turning them into easy to use practical tools that support clients to be successful entrepreneurs.
